Exterior trim painting
My fiance and we're in the process of getting her home ready to sell and one of the things we had to do was get the exterior trim cleaned up of mildew mold, caulked and painted. Over a period of about 10 days I received four separate estimates and this one was the most value for the money. The contractor that came out to the house was very detailed when he was caulking the windows and some of the wood that was damaged in certain areas. At first I thought he was moving very slow but then realized that he was taking his time to ensure that he was doing a great job. Upon completion I noticed that one door was not painted and John sent one of his supervisors out named Adam he completed the work and a little bit more actually that I noticed at the time in about 2 hours. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the job that was done and would recommend them to anyone in the future.
